With zero tolerance for data unavailability and mounting compliance pressures from HIPPA & Ministries, the hospital’s major risk was operating solely on an in-house HCI setup. The lack of disaster recovery, had no secondary site highlighted the risk of business continuity with critical patient data with high-stake healthcare system environment.
