A major diversified conglomerate in the Gulf operates across 10+ industries, managing large-scale business operations across multiple entities and geographies. The organization employs over 20,000 people and has a presence across 12+ countries.
The organization operated a fragmented IT landscape spread across multiple business entities, making it difficult to centralize operations and achieve consistency. It was during a period of internal restructuring that the company realized that modernizing and consolidating infrastructure was critical to support future growth. Migrating critical workloads to the cloud also required strict adherence to UAE regulatory frameworks while minimizing disruption across business units. Additionally, company leadership required real-time visibility and control over the migration progress and infrastructure assets.
Cloud4C executed a phased migration of over 1,000 workloads to Microsoft Azure following a detailed infrastructure and application-level assessment. This included the design of a multi-layer secure landing zone in compliance with NESA, CIS, and CAS controls, where enterprise-grade tools such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, and CyberArk were used. Cloud4C executed wave-based migration planning for minimal disruption across strategic business units, while real-time CXO dashboards provided full visibility into migration progress and asset status. We also managed the post-migration implementation of AI Ops support and cloud governance frameworks to ensure performance and stability
