Karine Brunet is the CEO of Capgemini's Cloud and Infrastructure Services and a member of the Capgemini Group Executive Committee. With 25+ years of global leadership experience across cloud, infrastructure, ICT, and managed services, she has built a proven track record in driving transformation, scaling global operations, and delivering business growth at enterprise scale.

Prior to becoming CEO, Karine served as COO of Capgemini's Cloud and Infrastructure Services and held board roles at Vantiva and Sogetrel. She previously led Vodafone Group's Technology Shared Services across India, Romania, and Egypt, and held senior leadership positions at Steria, Alcatel-Lucent, and NCR France.

Known for her strategic clarity, operational rigor, and ability to drive change across multicultural environments, Karine is a transformative leader in global cloud and infrastructure services.

Chanakya Levaka is the Managing Director & CEO of Cloud4C, now part of Capgemini. He has played a central role in the company’s evolution from a niche cloud services provider into a trusted global partner for managed cloud, security, modernization, and digital transformation.

Across his tenure, Chanakya has contributed in multiple leadership capacities—including enterprise sales, marketing, business strategy, alliances, and service delivery. His people-first philosophy and commitment to operational excellence have helped Cloud4C build strong, cross-functional teams, and a culture centered on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Before taking on the role of MD & CEO, Chanakya led global operations end-to-end and supported the company’s expansion into new markets and service lines, strengthening practices across SAP, Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle), Managed Security Services, and Business Transformation.

A strong advocate for a security-first culture, he helped establish Cloud4C’s comprehensive Managed Security practice covering cybersecurity, compliance, threat monitoring, and Zero Trust–aligned architectures. Chanakya also enabled the build-out of automation-enabled, platform-driven services, embedding AIOps, intelligent operations into Cloud4C’s delivery model.

Today, as EVP & Managing Director within the Capgemini ecosystem, Chanakya is guiding Cloud4C into its next phase of growth and innovation—helping global enterprises accelerate secure, compliant, and transformative digital journeys.

Karine Marchat is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Capgemini Northern Europe. She became a Member of the Capgemini Group Executive Committee in July 2023.

Previously, Karine has held a variety of finance positions at Capgemini, notably as CFO in Cloud Infrastructure Services, Financial Services and Europe, as well as Capgemini in India. She has also been Head of Business Controlling and Financial consolidation at Group level, and was in charge of the design of the 2025 strategic vision for the Finance function.

In order to help grow female talents in finance at Capgemini, Karen has also sponsored various Women Leadership programs.

Prior to joining Capgemini in 1993, Karine started her career in 1990 at KPMG, as External Auditor. She studied at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (USA), is a chartered accountant and a graduate of the Audencia Business School (Nantes, France).

François Chevrier is the Deputy General Secretary of Capgemini Group, contributing to corporate governance, executive compensation, and global people policies. With close to three decades at Capgemini, he brings deep expertise across finance, reward strategy, and enterprise operations.

Since 2021, François has also served as Chief Reward Officer, overseeing global compensation frameworks, executive remuneration governance, and benefits strategy for the Group. He is recognized for designing sustainable, competitive reward models that support Capgemini's long-term transformation and talent strategy.

François joined Capgemini in 1995 and has held several senior financial leadership roles, including Group Controller for Capgemini Consulting, CFO of the Financial Services Business Unit, and Business Unit Controller for Capgemini Financial Services. His career reflects strong financial discipline, institutional knowledge, and strategic leadership across global operations.
