Energy Efficiency

Datacenters, running Cloud4C cloud, have voracious energy consumption rates, like that of any other cloud service provider. Energy consumption is driven not only by the 24/7 running servers but also the huge energy cooling systems to prevent overheating. Solving the burning challenge, the organization leverages DC partners operating LEED Platinum Certified v4 O+M Datacenters. Cloud4C, as a global managed services provider, partners with the world’s top technology companies and hyperscaler cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI who are torchbearers of the sustainable IT revolution.

Succession Planning

Cloud4C has a young talent pool, and it is important to manage their transition effectively into senior leaders of the organization. At present, through minute scrutiny of the employee performances and implementation of a generous reward and recognition plan, the company is choosing its future leaders wisely. However, the need for properly documented, data-powered succession planning is felt and the same is being duly implemented with greater accuracy.

Encouraging and Supporting Sports Athletes

Encouraging and Supporting Sports Athletes

Cloud4C has always wanted to see Indian flag flying high in global sports. But grassroot talents cannot reach high without the right support systems, training facilities, and coaching. When Esha Singh was shooting her air pistols in Tokyo, the cheers were high in Cloud4C corridors as her sponsor. When our young table tennis enthusiasts hold their own at national and international level, it’s a matter of pride for the entire Cloud4C family. Recently we sponsored National Track Cycling Championship, the first of its kind with global recognition. With the little support we can offer, we aim to fire global ambitions in our local talents.
